Hi, I'm Tiph! I come from a competitive and professional dance background and have been dancing for over 25 years. I spent 10 years competing in ballet, jazz, and lyrical. Outside of competitive dance, I have performed at Raiders, 49ers, Lakers, and Suns games. I danced with the Fresno City Ballet Company as a demi-soloist and soloist. For four seasons I lived out my dreams of being an NFL Cheerleader as an Oakland Raiderette. I was co-captain, captain, and 2009 Dancer of the Year. During my time with the Raiders, I performed in Iraq on a military tour as well in Austria at the 2011 Euro-Bowl. I was a member of the Phoenix Suns Dancers, where I choreographed multiple half-time routines and continued my passion for performing. I rediscovered my love for dance when I began my coaching journey. I have coached the Fresno State Dance Team, UC Berkeley Dance Team, and UCLA Dance Team. I currently choreograph for the Las Vegas Raiderettes and numerous college dance teams. I have also choreographed for the Phoenix Suns Dancers, LA KISS Dancers, San Jose SaberKittens, Central Valley Coyotes, and various high school dance teams. My motto is "aspire to inspire", and I hope my classes do just that. I'm looking forward to dancing with you all.

Meet the Team!

Hi, my name is Devin Mallory and I am currently a co-captain for UCLA’s dance team. My favorite parts of being on the team is the sense of community with all of the girls and cheering on the Bruins’ football at the Pasadena Rosebowl. My experience includes Golden State Warrior’s Junior Jam Squad, Young Skulls Club, Academy of Villains, Los Angeles Times, TEDx UCLA, and The Kelly Clarkson Show.

My name is Jordie Schwerdt. I am from Topeka, KS, but have lived in LA for the last four years. I began dancing at The Dance Factory at the age of three, and began competing at the age of six. Additionally, I was a five year member of the Tremaine Performance Company. I recently graduated from UCLA, where I was a three year member of the Dance Team. I am excited to dance with you all!
